Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, begining on the day stated on the website and print materials.

A registration fee and deposit (for workshops) is due upon registration.

Students will receive a registration confirmation letter by mail within two (2) weeks after they register.

Early registration is encouraged, as many workshops/classes fill quickly. Workshops with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled so it is important to register early.

Flying In?

DEPOSIT SCHEDULE:
60 days or less: Full amount due.   Plus $20.00 non-refundable registration fee.
90 days or less: 50% of workshop fee. Plus $20.00 non-refundable registration fee.
More than 90 days: $100 deposit per student. Plus $20.00 non-refundable registration fee.
(Canadian or foreign students - please send your deposit as US funds)
 
Please be sure to fill out and submit the form above to register.
Workshop reservations are made on a first come, first served basis
and will be honored upon receipt of deposit.
 
Full Balance of payment for the workshop is due 30 prior to the workshop.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations by the student
More than 90 days = a full refund. (less $20 registration fee.)
Less than 90 days prior to workshop will receive their deposit returned (less $75 processing & $20 registration fees.)
Less than 60 days - we cannot guarantee the return of your deposit (less the processing & registration fee) unless another student takes your place.

  We reserve the right to cancel any workshop at any given time with full refund of your deposit.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are flying in from out of town, be sure that you purchase exchangeable or refundable, airfares.
We are not responsible for you incurring expenses, airfare or other, as a result of a class cancellation..

Some workshops are very popular and fill up very quickly so don't delay in signing up for your favorites.

Since many instructors and students have to make plane reservations our cancellation policy,
in most cases, is to cancel classes at least 6 weeks or more prior to the workshop date.
